An intensive examination of the federal income tax laws as they relate to partnerships, trusts, and corporations.
Discussions will focus on economic and policy issues surrounding the current tax structure. Also, emphasis will be placed on tax research to enable students to analyze complex tax problems.
Prerequisites: Graduate Studnet Only.
