Constitutional topics include free speech and assembly, church-state relations, abortion, gay rights, euthanasia, and rights of the accused. Not eligible if you have completed POLS 301 Constitutional Law and Politics.

Prerequisites Methods of Political Inquiry, One other 200 level POLS course, or permission of the instructor.
