Advanced study of literary productions in the German-speaking world. This course introduces students to the tools and theories of literary analysis. Analysis of a variety of texts (literature, philosophy, politics, etc.); films, lectures, reports and discussions. The language of instruction is English. German Studies 320 is reserved for majors and minors, who will do substantial portions of coursework in German.
