This course explores ethical issues in the practice of public health. We begin with an exploration of moral and political frameworks, then note important differences in how those frameworks function in clinical and public health contexts. Finally, we take up a series of case studies that provide the opportunity to identify, analyze, and potentially resolve ethical issues that emerge in public health practice.
