Through a nuanced study of U.S. foreign policy, students explore the motivations, strategies, and consequences of U.S. actions in the region. They develop critical skills to connect historical events with contemporary analysis, gaining a deep understanding of how power, politics, and ideology shape U.S. policy, and how those decisions reverberate across the Middle East and the world.
